Disclosure:

All items are HANDMADE and may have small imperfections. 

TURN AROUND TIME (CUSTOM TUMBLERS)

2-4 weeks- unless a deadline is discussed prior to ordering

Once payment is made, I will begin ordering supplies/designing your custom tumbler. 

TURN AROUND TIME (READY TO SHIP)

3-5 business days 

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS 

I typically begin working on orders right away, due to this an order cannot be cancelled. 

We will not refund or remake any item due to customer error.

• AVOID AGGRESSIVE SCRUBBING OR USING ABRASIVE DETERGENTS
• DO NOT SOAK
• NOT MICROWAVE SAFE
• NOT DISHWASHER SAFE
• DO NOT EXPOSE YOUR TUMBLER TO EXTREME HOT/COLD TEMPS FOR AN EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME
• DO NOT SLAM DOWN ON A HARD SURFACE OR DROP
